If there is a problem with your order, please contact us via our email address, info@cowdogdesigns.shop, immediately so that CowDog Designs can make it right.

For any undamaged product, simply return it to with its included accessories and packaging along with original receipt

(or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the

product and we will exchange it or offer a refund based

upon the original payment method.

shipping charges for returns.
